He has particular expertise in the agribusiness sector (joint ventures, acquisitions, investments, etc.), in education and transport.

In addition, he assists the firm’s clients in litigation involving corporate law issues: post-acquisition litigation, enforcement of warranties, conflicts between partners, etc.
