Woody works across all aspects of real estate law, advising a clientele of institutional investors, investment funds, developers, and end-users on all types of assets (offices, retail, logistics, data centers, hotels, managed residences, etc.).

His practice covers asset and real estate-heavy company acquisitions and disposals, the structuring of joint ventures, development operations, asset management, as well as financing and refinancing (on the borrower side).

He is also a lecturer at CY Cergy Paris University, where since 2017 he has led a seminar on real estate contract drafting practices within the Master 2 program in Real Estate Finance and Investment Law.
