Christian B. Prophet-Rannow advises on commercial law in general and on construction law, public procurement law, consultancy law, contract law and resolution of commercial disputes before the general courts and arbitration tribunals in particular.
For more than 15 years, Christian B. Prophet-Rannow has provided advisory and dispute resolution services regarding construction law and public procurement law and he assists in negotiations and drafts contracts. Claus Ryberg Hoffmann advises on company law and commercial law in general and he assists Danish and international clients in this respect, including drafting of commercial contracts and agreements, investments, transactions, dispute resolution and litigation. Jeppe Reipurth specialises in commercial law, including commercial dispute resolution, construction law and general real estate.
In this respect, Jeppe Reipurth has assisted a large number of Danish and foreign companies with negotiating and drafting contracts. He has extensive litigation and arbitration experience including major international arbitration cases.
From 2006-2007 Jeppe Reipurth was a part of FLSmidth’s corporate legal department and he negotiated and drafted contracts with the company’s international customers, business partners and suppliers. During this period, he worked in England and Taiwan. Jonas Enkegaard specialises in employment and labour law. The topics are plentiful but when it comes to rights Mette Vestergaard Huss is particularly experienced in SaaS, PaaS, and IT operation and development agreements, and she has specialist knowledge of the sales and production conditions of the cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and plastics industries.
