His expertise is focused on foreign investments, financing, and the mining and energy sectors, where he leads complex projects and delivers strategic legal solutions.

Ivica is also highly experienced in cross-border M&A transactions, advising international investors and corporations on structuring, negotiating, and executing deals across multiple jurisdictions
