Eric H. Rosoff works on litigation matters, with a focus on complex commercial litigation, white collar defense and investigations. Eric assists in the representation of individuals and corporations in regulatory inquiries and criminal investigations, as well as in all phases of litigation. His work includes discovery and motion practice, responding to grand jury subpoenas, preparing clients for interviews with government agencies and preparing proffer presentations.
