Sarah Hanson assists in the representation of employers in a variety of employment law disputes, including discrimination, retaliation, wrongful discharge, whistleblower, restrictive covenant and bonus claims, before federal and state courts, before administrative agencies and in arbitration. Sarah also advises clients on compliance with federal, state and local employment laws, conducts internal investigations, and assists in the drafting of employment policies and agreements.
