Sergio Massimiliano Sambri possesses extensive expertise in administrative law with a focus on public procurement, activities related to privatization and structured finance procedures for public works, energy law and all regulated sectors such as banking and insurance as well as in the area of environmental and urban planning law. In the realm of project financing, he assists financial institutions and industrial companies in structuring proposals and/or initiatives for infrastructure development, both in the energy and public works sectors, overseeing all the various phases of projects implementation. In the area of administrative law, he assists both private entities and public administrations concerning all aspects related to public procedures for works, supplies or services.

Additionally, Sergio assists public administrations in executing transactions through the use of urban transformation companies, guiding them through all the phases into which such operations are divided.
