Career
Łukasz specialises in commercial, corporate and civil law. He represents clients in civil and administrative cases at every stage of the court proceedings, including before the Supreme Court and the Supreme Administrative Court.
He advises major financial institutions on ‘’frank-indexed” loans and consumer loans in foreign currencies and PLN disputes, as well as issues relating to WIBOR, free credits and unauthorised payment transactions. He also deals with the recovery of claims through litigation.
Łukasz is a member of a team currently handling more than 13,000 litigation cases.
His experience also comprises unfair competition, copyright law and data protection.
