Advocate / Partner / Head of Litigation

Witold specializes in commercial disputes and white collar crime. He represents clients in criminal and criminal-financial cases, as well as in litigation in the field of copyright law.

He represents clients in proceedings before common courts and arbitration tribunals. He litigates against the Polish State Treasury related to damages caused by the actions of state bodies and before the Polish Patent Office.

In addition, he advises on risk management and crisis situations, and provides clients with day-to-day compliance support. He prepares and implements anti-corruption, whistleblowing, AML and dawn raid procedures, provides training on their implementation, and conducts internal investigations and audits.

His clients include leading financial institutions and media capital groups.

Witold is certified as an Internal Auditor of the ISO/IEC 27001:2017 Information Security Management System.
