Olga Beláňová

Olga Beláňová

Olga Beláňová is a Founding Partner of BBH SK. She heads the Litigation and Arbitration and Insolvency and Restructuring departments and is a Co-head of Real estate department in BBH SK. Ms. Beláňová is a long-standing legal advisor in many different real estate projects for Erste Group Immorent (Erste Group), PPF Group, YIT and Generali. In the Litigation area, Ms. Beláňová leads and has led the representation of both Slovak and foreign clients in various significant disputes, including those arising in bankruptcy proceedings and restructuring processes. Currently, Ms. Beláňová represents Waldviertler Sparkasse Bank AG (a member of Erste Group) and other significant banking and non-banking creditors in many disputes and bankruptcies. Olga has also acted for clients such as PPF Group, Erste Group Immorent, CSG and YIT as legal advisor in a number of M&A transactions.

  Dominika Biela is a Senior Associate at BBH. Dominika Biela is a Senior Attorney at Law at BBH. In her more than 10 years of legal practice, she has specialized primarily on corporate law and M&A transactions. In addition, she also focuses on real estate law, contractual law and dispute resolution.
Matej Blahút

Matej Blahút

Matej Blahút is a partner in BBH SK, being a Co-head of Banking and Finance, M&A and corporate and Real estate departments in BBH SK. In his more than ten years of legal practice he has led and was a member of number of teams involved in acquisition projects for BBH clients in the fields of telecommunications, engineering, real estate and medicine. Moreover, Matej also deals with the general daily agenda of certain BBH clients, focusing primarily on agreements on the lease of non-residential premises. Matej has acted for clients such as PPF Group, Generali, Erste Group Immorent, SkyToll and YIT as legal advisor in a number of various transactions.
Miroslav Fašung

Miroslav Fašung

Miroslav Fašung is a Partner of BBH (since 2012)  and, concurrently, the Managing Partner with BBH SK co-heading the M&A and corporate department and Banking and Finance department and heading the Capital markets, Energy and Competition departments in BBH SK. Mr. Fašung specializes, among others, in bond emissions, whereby he has participated in many significant listings in the Slovak Republic and abroad. Mr. Fašung  is also a respected expert in the field of Environmental Law, regularly participating in the preparation of related legal acts. During his over 20 years of practice, Miro has advised on many significant transactions and projects, including, among others, the creation of EPH, the acquisition of the majority stake in Poštová banka by J&T Group, Eurobond emissions for EPH, Slovak bond emissions for J&T BANKA, SkyToll international tenders, and many more. Miro has also acted for clients such as PPF Group and ČEZ Group as legal advisor in a number of M&A transactions. Miroslav has been recognized, inter alia, by Legal500 and IFLR 1000.

Maroš Kačmár

Maroš has been working at BBH as an attorney since 2021. In his practice he focuses on transactional advice (M&A), competition law and corporate law. His second area of ​​specialization is representing clients in disputes. At BBH, he participated in several acquisition projects and real estate transactions with international reach.
Veronika  Matuščinová

Veronika Matuščinová

Veronika Matuščinová is a Senior Associate at BBH. Over more than 15 years with the BBH team, she has established a strong position in due diligence processes and negotiations for our most significant clients. Veronika Matuščinová is primarily involved in providing legal services in the areas of corporate law, M&A, and contract law. She also focuses on regulatory matters in the fields of banking and financial law, as well as data protection. Ms. Matuščinová has gained broad experience in the legal regulation of limited partnerships, focusing on the specific issues arising from project financing. On a regular basis, Veronika also joins the BBH international team wherein she has achieved a notable position through her participation in due diligence and negotiations for our most significant clients. Veronika advised the clients as PPF group and ČEZ group in a number of M&A transactions.
Peter Oravec

Peter Oravec

Peter has worked on the most complex and sensitive mandates in the field of competition law and he is very well experienced in this area. Peter has represented clients during inspections (dawn raids) of the Antimonopoly Office of the Slovak Republic (AMO), in cartel investigations, during investigations regarding abuse of dominance as well as during subsequent court review of decisions of AMO. Peter was the first in Slovakia to file a leniency application. Peter supported clients in complicated concentrations. He was the first in Slovakia to apply the implementation of a condition in a decision by which the AMO approved a concentration with a condition according to the EU model. Peter has also advised on several cases involving dominance. Peter has been regularly highly rated in Chambers Europe in the past.
Adela Svingerová

Adela Svingerová

Adela Svingerová is an attorney at law at BBH and has been registered with the Slovak Bar Association since 2025. She advises clients on M&A transactions and real estate projects and also focuses on the representation of creditors in insolvency proceedings. Her practice further covers civil law, corporate law and contractual matters. Adela represents clients in dispute resolution and litigation. Adela Svingerová has participated in a number of significant transactions in the Slovak and Czech markets.
Roman Vydra

Roman Vydra

Roman is a Partner at BBH. His core areas of expertise include contract law, corporate law, and general commercial law. As a key member of the BBH team, Roman has participated in various M&A projects across multiple industries, as well as several real estate transactions. Furthermore, Roman’s practice focuses on dispute resolution, where he primarily represents creditors in asserting their claims in court litigation, insolvency proceedings, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR). Roman is consistently recommended by The Legal 500 for Dispute Resolution in the Slovak Republic.
