Dominika Biela is a Senior Associate at BBH.

Dominika Biela is a Senior Attorney at Law at BBH. In her more than 10 years of legal practice, she has specialized primarily on corporate law and M&A transactions. In addition, she also focuses on real estate law, contractual law and dispute resolution.

In the past, Dominika worked at leading international law firms as well as at a company which belongs to the “Big 4,” companies where she gained extensive experience in her areas of practice. During her legal career, she has been involved in numerous M&A transactions, representing both sellers and buyers. In these matters, she provided advice on transaction structuring, conducting legal due diligence, and preparing the related contractual documentation. She has also gained significant experience in the field of real estate transactions. Dominika also regularly advises on preparation of various types of commercial contractual documentation, including documentation related to supplier–customer relationships.
