As a key member of the BBH team, Roman has participated in various M&A projects across multiple industries, as well as several real estate transactions. Furthermore, Roman’s practice focuses on dispute resolution, where he primarily represents creditors in asserting their claims in court litigation, insolvency proceedings, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR). Waldviertler Sparkasse Bank AG (Erste Group) in the recovery of a loan-based debt portfolio involving approximately 20 Slovak companies. ČEZ Slovensko (ČEZ Group) with respect to the sale of its enterprise (a portfolio of electricity and gas customers of the client) to Slovenský plynárenský priemysel (SPP). Czechoslovak Group (CSG) on a comprehensive internal restructuring and intra-group reorganization. ŠKODA TRANSPORTATION a.s. on legal advisory within a public procurement process for the supply of trams to the Bratislava Public Transport Company (DPB)
