Olivier Abergel

Olivier Abergel is the Founder and Managing Partner of LL Berg. He acts alongside Management, investment funds, large groups and medium-size companies, providing support for their projects in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and Mid-Cap LBOs.

Julien Carrascosa

Julien Carrascosa is Partner. He advises managers, shareholders and investment funds within the context of all M&A transactions, notably those with an international dimension. He has also developed solid Private Equity expertise (venture, growth capital and LBO) on behalf of entrepreneurs, investment funds and business angels, for whom he has structured and negotiated more than one hundred financing rounds.

Gaëlle Quillivic

Gaëlle Quillivic is Partner. She has two fields of expertise. She works in M&A and LBO transactions and in Senior and Mezzanine Acquisition Financing. She has taken part in a number of mid-market transactions, such as the takeover of Planet Sushi, the investment in Mon Véto, Mademoiselle Desserts and Occitane Group.
