Celia Gallo is Partner. She has developed strong expertise in all Labour Law aspects of Private Equity and M&A transactions. She advises investors, founders, and management teams alike.

She also handles matters relating to individual and collective employment relations, internal investigations, dismissals, executive hiring and departures, as well as litigation.

Before joining LL Berg in 2025, Celia Gallo was an lawyer at Addleshaw Goddard and Latham & Watkins.
