Laurent Bibaut is Partner. He  has developed extensive expertise in all tax aspects of Private Equity and M&A transactions. He works on behalf of investors, founders, and management teams.

He also advises on corporate tax, individual taxation of executives, and regularly supports his clients in their dealings with tax authorities, whether during audits or tax disputes.

He is recognized as a "Key Lawyer" by Legal 500 EMEA (Tax).

Before joining LL Berg in 2025, Laurent Bibaut was a partner in the Tax department at the law firm Ayache.
