Position

Annelouise Dalgaard Pedersen is specialised within procurement law and state aid.
Annelouise has wide experience as an advisor to both public authorities and private companies. She has in-depth knowledge of supply utilities and of the practical and legal aspects characterising these companies.
In addition, Annelouise is a certified Prince2 project manager, and she acts as project manager in often complex procedures with many players and stakeholders.
Within procurement law, Annelouise advises on all aspects of the procurement rules and the related procedures. Her expertise ranges from preparation of tender and contract documents, carrying out of tender procedures to the handling of complaints (before the Complaints Board for Public Procurement) and contract management. Annelouise has wide experience in tender procedures concerning complex building and construction works that require special considerations both during the tendering and the execution phase.
Within state aid, Annelouise advises municipalities, supply utilities and public and private companies on all aspects of state aid, including the existence of aid, the possibilities of (group) exemptions and the duty to notify. She has wide experience advising both public and private parties in a legal and political context.
