Ebba Hoogenraad is widely recognized for her expertise in high-stakes advertising and food law litigation. She advises on complex legal issues arising in advertising and marketing activities and has extensive experience handling regulatory disputes in the food and consumer product sectors. Ebba is frequently involved in groundbreaking cases related to labeling and food regulation, guiding clients through food law compliance and enforcement actions. She also assists with recalls of food and non-food products and provides strategic counsel in cases of enforcement by supervisory authorities, such as the Netherlands Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority (NVWA).

Ebba serves on the editorial board of the Dutch IP and advertising law journal (IER). She is a former chair and honorary member of the Netherlands Advertising Law Association and currently chairs the National Advertising Law Conference. Additionally, she is a former board member of the Benelux Trademark and Design Law Association and a former supervisory board member of World Press Photo.
