  • Represented a global shipping company in an arbitration proceedings in the US, conducted as per the rules of the International Court of Arbitration for claims arising out of a charter party agreement amounting in excess to $40m.
  • Successfully defended a client before the Kuwait High Court of Appeal. The case pertains to a lending transaction amounting to approximately $48m between the client and one of its partners.
  • Successfully represented a client before the Kuwait Court of First Instance. The case involves an invalid transaction of sale of shares of a listed airlines company amounting approximately $150m.
