Huguette Ntsangha practices in the area of corporate law, focusing on private equity, M&A, joint ventures and reorganisation.

Huguette advises international companies, private equity houses, real estate funds and VC funds on cross-border transactions, joint venture structures, restructurings, and insolvency matters.

Prior to joining Luther, Huguette worked in the corporate and M&A department of major Luxembourg and global law firms.

Huguette is admitted to the Paris Bar (Avocat à la Cour) and admitted to the Luxembourg Bar under list IV.

Huguette Ntsangha has graduated from the Paris Bar School (Ecole de Formation des Barreaux de la Cour d’Appel de Paris) in addition to a Master degree in law from the University Paris Cité (formerly Paris Descartes).
