Associate Director

Stephen is an Associate Director and senior solicitor with over 20 years’ experience of employment law.

He works with NHS Trusts, private equity and businesses in a broad range of sectors, including healthcare, retail, property, hospitality and fitness, professional and agricultural sectors.

Stephen's practice covers all aspects of employment law from drafting contractual and employment documents, TUPE and the employment aspects of outsourcing agreements to reorganisations and restructuring, collective consultation and redundancy programmes. He also defends employers in the Employment Tribunals and courts, covering the complete spectrum of employment law claims. He has a particular interest in complex discrimination and TUPE claims.

He represents clients in mediations and works with Human Resources and business managers.

Stephen leads CLMI, the firm's specialist investigations team and has undertaken numerous corporate and other investigations.
