The firm: Ibrachy Legal Consultancy – I&P (formerly Ibrachy & Partners) was founded by Ashraf Elibrachy in 2006 as a de-merger from one of Egypt’s oldest law firms established in 1932.

In respect of PPP projects, its team members have advised in relation to every project launched to date under the Ministry of Finance’s public-private partnership (PPP) programme.
