Long-standing representation of numerous managers of an internationally active construction group in one of the most extensive criminal proceedings in Austria to date. Conducting an internal investigation at an Austrian bank and advising them on charges of breach of trust. Advising an international real estate group on the sale of a commercial property in the double-digit million range. Advising investors on entry into a Central European construction start-up, as well as ongoing advice to start-ups on financing rounds.
