Olivier is Advocaat Vennoot / Avocat Associé at PwC Legal, within the Employment Law Team.
Since 2004, Olivier advises large and medium sized companies across different with regard to the implications of their business from an employment law and social security law perspective. He has dealt with all aspects, including compliance and litigation, of legal practice in these fields.
Olivier combines a specialized knowledge in national and international employment law and social security. He frequently deals with social aspects of restructurings, be it during the due diligence phase (both vendor and sell side) or in the implementation / structuring or post deal phase.
Olivier provides practical advices tailored to the needs of his clients. Thanks to his extensive experience in working in multi-disciplinary teams, he also integrates the impact of employment law related issues on other areas (such as tax, accounting, HR), and vice versa.
