Philippe was notably Deputy Director of Direct Company Taxation at Bercy (Direction de la Législation Fiscale) and Head of the Legal Department at the DGI. He has also practiced international taxation (bilateral tax treaties) and European taxation (financial attaché at the Permanent Representation of France in Brussels). He was Tax Director of the LVMH Group for 5 years before joining PWC in 2008. At the same time, he worked for the non-profit sector, for example as a member of the Board of Directors of the Fondation de France.
