Yannick is a Legal Partner with PwC Sociétés d'Avocats in Paris. He has 20 years of expertise in Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity and other domestic or cross-border business transactions (mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and corporate restructurings) in a large number of industries.Yannick specializes in the legal-related aspects of M&A transactions, including due diligence (both buy-side and sell-side), legal structuring, drafting and negotiating contractual and other legal documentation, and complex cross-border transaction implementation.  Before joining PwC Société d'Avocats, he was a Partner at Kramer Levin and has been with Linklaters and Weil Gotshal.
