Financial services – regulatory: advice on all legal aspects of the financial services industry, including both corporate and regulatory matters. Our corporate team helps to resolve complex structuring problems, and to streamline or eliminate entities, businesses, assets or intercompany arrangements from their groups. Our regulatory team helps investment funds and investment fund managers on a broad range of financial regulatory matters and the impact of regulations and regulatory risks, particularly in the asset management industry.
Financial services – alternative investment funds: legal and regulatory advice on all aspects of funds, managed accounts and other investment vehicles, including fund formation, negotiation of managed accounts and advisory agreements, structuring management companies and compensation arrangements, spin-outs, and seeding and stakes transactions.
Global immigration: advice to high-net-worth individuals, multinational corporations and educational establishments. Specialists in immigration governance, risk compliance strategies and crisis management during political emergencies.
Intellectual property: specialists in protecting, managing, exploiting and enforcing IP rights, including IP licensing, IP structuring, IP audits and IP risk reviews.
International business reorganisations: advice on complex cross-border reorganisations (post-deal integrations, legal entity rationalisation, pre-transaction separations/carve-outs and single entity/branch structures).

Real estate: full-service capability covering transactions, finance, restructuring and work out, advising funds and occupiers; exceptional experience of complex transactions requiring an integrated service from a combination of specialists, including legal, assurance, tax, financial and advisory experts.
Regulatory disputes: economic/financial crime (including bribery and corruption, money laundering and sanctions and export controls). Undertaking regulatory investigations, including tracing and recovering misappropriated funds.
