Throughout his career, Henrik Hauge Andersen has provided legal advice on construction and procurement within the building and civil engineering sector. He has acted for all parties in the construction industry, with a primary focus on property developers and consultants, while also regularly advising contractors.

Henrik’s main expertise is dispute resolution. He has very extensive litigation and negotiation experience from several major court and arbitration cases in the field of construction, including cases relating to the construction of the Copenhagen Metro, local authorities and social housing associations, as well as large head office building projects, insurance cases, and all aspects of the legal position of technical consultants. However, Henrik’s main focus is on speedy, effective dispute resolution through negotiation, including mediation and conciliation.

Since 2012 Henrik, together with Insight Events, has organised the leading conference on construction law, ”Juridiske udfordringer i bygge & anlæg” (Legal challenges in building and construction), and he is a member of the board of the Danish Society for Construction and Consulting Law.

Henrik is a co-author of a leading specialist book on construction law.
