Work highlights
Representing Metroselskabet in unprecedented construction arbitration proceedings worth approx. EUR 800 million against Copenhagen Metro Team, involving claims for alleged extra works, delay and disruption on the Cityringen project. A nine-week hearing on initial claims totalling EUR 235 million plus interest concluded in Q2 2025, with a partial award pending.
