MANAGING ASSOCIATE

Kwesi is a Managing Associate in the firm’s Energy and Natural Resources, Dispute Resolution, Maritime, Corporate/Commercial and Tax Practice Groups. He regularly advises clients on petroleum agreements and licensing and regulatory requirements in the petroleum industry in Ghana. He has served as an expert witness on Ghanaian tax law in an LCIA arbitration conducted in London. He holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence (JD) from the University of Texas and an MBA in Finance from Vanderbilt University, Nashville, Tennessee.
