Meet Jānis Ešenvalds, a highly skilled and experienced law expert specializing in solving a wide range of issues including, but not limited to, legal disputes and problems in the areas of corporate, real estate, construction, commercial and financial law

He has conducted numerous due diligence investigations and title searches to identify potential legal issues or risks associated with transactions of a broad spectrum (corporate, real estate, financing, fraud detection, etc.).

Jānis has valuable experience in dispute resolution, including several hundreds of court cases where he represented clients in national courts of all instances as well as the Court of Justice of the European Union. Besides, he has participated as an expert in international arbitration cases.

During his career, Jānis has conducted various trainings and lectures to sworn advocates, judges, lawyers, insolvency practitioners, public authorities on topics such as insolvency and restructuring as well as cross-border insolvency.
