Joined Vieira de Almeida in 1992 and has more than 25 years of experience in M&A, with a particular focus on private equity, venture capital corporate finance and corporate restructuring. Main sectors: Insurance, FIG, Infrastructure, Real Estate, Tourism, Telecoms and Technology.
