Flagship deals

  • Advised on a first of its kind development in Musandam. Advised on the agreement with OMRAN (the Oman government’s tourism and hospitality investment arm) whereby the client would be appointed to develop certain plots in the Musandam governorate.
  • Acted on behalf of Halliburton for the recovery of USD 11 Million from Oman Lasso Exploration and Production Carawan Limited and defending a counter claim of USD 16 Million filed by Oman Lasso.
  • Acted on behalf of Nagarjuna Construction Company Limited for recovery OMR 7 million under an EPC Contract from Ministry of Transport and Communication, Oman.
  • Appointed by the client to represent them in obtaining a Dimishing Musharaka facility from Sohar Islamic, Islamic windows of Sohar Islamic Bank (“Sohar Islamic”).
