Michelle is a Partner in our Litigation & Investigations Department and a member of our Environment & Planning Group.

Michelle’s practice includes judicial reviews arising out of proposed major infrastructure projects, planning injunctions and planning oral hearings. Michelle also advises on environmental compliance investigations and prosecutions. Michelle is experienced in property and construction litigation and advises on compulsory purchase matters.

Michelle is a member of the Firm’s Energy, Renewables & Utilities practice group.
