Intellectual Property

Lorenzo Attolico specializes in the field of intellectual property and particularly copyright, trademark and patent protection, communication law and unfair competition, with a focus on new technologies including artificial intelligence. He assists clients in litigation arising from intellectual property rights infringement in various jurisdictions.

In particular, Mr. Attolico has gained particular international experience in the defense and protection of copyright, trademarks, designs and models against all forms of counterfeiting, as well as in the drafting of all forms of contracts having as their object the exploitation of such assets.

He has also gained solid experience in strategic consulting and drafting of all types of contracts and in setting up structures to govern the domestic and international exploitation of intangible assets.

In fact, Mr. Attolico assists some of the most important multinational and national companies in every field of intellectual property.

He is a frequent speaker at national and international conferences and lectures on this subject
