Michal Lučivjanský

Michal Lučivjanský is a counsel at Schoenherr Bratislava. He joined the firm in 2009 and primarily specialises in regulatory, competition, and FDI law. He regularly advises on complex transactions involving regulatory aspects (such as approvals) as well as other significant regulatory issues. In addition, he serves as an external lecturer at the Comenius University in Bratislava, Faculty of Law, where he teaches in the field of M&A transactions.
