Michal Lučivjanský is counsel at Schoenherr Bratislava. He joined the firm in 2009 and focuses primarily on regulatory, competition, and foreign direct investment law. Michal regularly advises on complex transactions involving regulatory aspects, including approval processes, as well as on other significant regulatory matters. He also serves as an external lecturer at the Faculty of Law of Comenius University in Bratislava, where he teaches in the field of M&A transactions.
