Career
Ján Farbiak is an attorney-at-law in Schoenherr’s Bratislava office, specialising primarily in corporate/M&A. Before joining Schoenherr in 2020, Ján worked for several years as a junior associate and senior associate at an international law firm.
He advises clients on acquisitions and disposals in Slovakia and has significant experience in both cross-border and domestic M&A transactions, as well as in international restructuring processes. Ján also has litigation experience, having represented clients in a range of civil, commercial and administrative court disputes.
Ján graduated from the Faculty of Law of Comenius University in Bratislava in 2011 and was admitted to the Slovak Bar Association in 2015.
