Position
Shaun is the head of Beauchamps’ Corporate, Commercial and M&A department. He has over 25 years’ experience representing buyers, sellers and investors across a wide range of industry sectors. His main areas of work include mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, growth capital, private equity, joint ventures, MBOs, MBIs and corporate reorganisations. Approachable, pragmatic, and very knowledgeable, he leads a team of very committed professionals, and delivers a quality service in a timely manner.
Shaun is also a qualified tax advisor, holding the AITI qualification from the Irish Taxation Institute, a trained CEDR mediator and a previous managing partner of the firm.
