Position
Filippo provides in-court and out-of-court advice to Italian and international clients on matters concerning public contract law in a broad sense (award and execution of contracts and concessions of works, services and supplies; project financing). Filippo has gained a wealth of experience in the main regulated sectors and in the financial market sector. In the energy sector, Filippo’s practice focuses on regulatory matters and on managing relationships with the relevant Authorities. He assists clients with implementing and managing energy infrastructure projects and with related administrative litigation. His practice also focuses on governmental agencies and state-owned along with their special regime. In the public services field, he also advises clients in the gas, waste, water, and transport services sector. He has gained a wealth of experience in the health and pharmaceutical sector, both by managing relationships with the National Healthcare System and by advising clients on regulatory matters and relevant industry-specific procurement matters. His practice also includes urban planning and environmental law as well as real estate transactions under public law (public funded real estate funds and divestments).
