Position

Ennio represents in-court and advises out-of-court key Italian and non-Italian clients, both individuals and corporations, in all the major fields of white-collar and corporate crime, with a particular focus on market abuse, corporate frauds, bankruptcy frauds, tax crimes, as well as national and international corruption. Dual-qualified lawyer and chartered accountant, Ennio gained a solid professional experience having contributed in the assistance in several high-profile matters, both with national and transnational relevance, related to business and corporate crime. He likewise counsels on an ongoing basis relevant corporate entities and groups in drafting and updating the organizational and managerial models under Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, in giving legal advices and support to the Surveillance Committees, in structuring the anticorruption and the international sanctions compliance systems, and in conducting defensive or internal investigations.
