With over 17 years of experience in competition law across a broad range of industries, Michael is a trusted and highly regarded expert in the field. He has been a key member of CERHA HEMPEL’s Competition Practice Group for more than 11 years.

Michael has considerable experience in all areas of competition law. His focus lies in merger control and fines proceedings both before the Austrian competition authorities and the EU Commission, as well as in the implementation of compliance systems. Michael has advised national and international clients in a wide range of industries, in particular in the sectors of consumer goods, electronic goods,  construction, oil & gas, IT and media.
