Alistair joined our firm 9 years ago as a Junior Associate and has been promoted to a Senior Associate position in October 2020. He is part of the Takeovers and Antitrust team, led by Albert Birkner, which specialises in corporate and M&A transactions.

Alistair's areas of work include complex cross border corporate and M&A transactions; however, he has also developed particular expertise in the area of real estate.
