Senior Associate

Angela is a senior associate with the Firm and a member of the Energy and Project Development, Finance & PPPs teams.

Angela has substantial experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts with a focus on supply, distribution and service agreements. She advises on regulatory compliance governing both the conventional and the renewable energy sectors.

Angela acts on large scale mergers and acquisitions and on corporate and project financing and has experience in advising on real estate transactions, infrastructure and telecommunication projects.

Angela has previously worked as an in-house lawyer in a telecommunications company and as an external associate for one of Greece’s systemic banks.

She is admitted to the Athens Bar (2001) and to the Supreme Court of Greece (2024).

Greek, English, German, French and Italian

She holds a Degree in Law from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens and an MSc in Energy: Strategy, Law and Economics from the University of Piraeus. Angela has participated in an LLM in Criminal Law from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens.
