Alison Fanagan SC

Alison Fanagan is a consultant in A&L Goodbody's Litigation department and a former partner of the firm, with over 28 years' experience. She is joint Head of the Environmental and Planning group, and provides specialist advice on all aspects of planning, environmental and health and safety law both contentious and non-contentious. Alison is also an experienced commercial litigator, with a particular focus on judicial review. Alison advises on the defence of criminal prosecutions, on taking and defending claims for negligence and nuisance, and on all aspects of planning injunctions. She advises buyers, sellers and funders on due diligence and has a particular expertise in renewable energy projects including both onshore and offshore wind.

Siobhan Kearney

Siobhan Kearney is a partner in A&L Goodbody’s Construction & Engineering group. She has experience in the areas of construction, property development, project and development finance and renewable energy projects. Siobhan has advised in relation to several significant property development and finance transactions including office, residential and mixed-use developments, student accommodation, hotels/aparthotels, retail developments and pharmaceutical, life sciences and agri/food plants. Siobhan also regularly advises on the development and finance of healthcare, and medical facilities, industrial, logistical, and distribution centres and warehouses, and data centres and energy generation centres.
Amelia O\'Beirne

Amelia O\'Beirne

Amelia O'Beirne is a partner A&L Goodbody's Tax department. She has extensive experience advising domestic and international clients on both transactional matters, including public and private company mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity capital markets transactions and complex cross border financing transactions, and on contentious matters such as tax authority enquiries and international tax disputes. Amelia regularly assists clients in resolving transfer pricing and other tax treaty related issues through competent authority processes and the negotiation of advance pricing agreements. She has extensive experience advising US multinationals on cross border tax matters, having spent three years in the firm’s New York office. Amelia represents a broad spectrum of clients in various industry sectors, including life sciences, technology, financial services and aircraft leasing.
