Aisling O'Donoghue is a partner in A&L Goodbody's Energy, Infrastructure and Natural Resources group. She advises sponsors, corporates, projects developers, financial institutions, and service providers in the energy and infrastructure sector. Aisling's areas of specialism include acquisition/project financing, construction and equipment procurement, and power sales and offtake contracts. She works with clients in project development, project financing and M&A processes, and also regularly advises companies on energy regulatory matters.

Aisling is a former Vice President of Sustainable Finance at J.P. Morgan (New York) where she was responsible for developing and implementing the company's sustainability strategy, including advising clients on ESG matters.
