Enda Hurley is a senior partner in A&L Goodbody’s Disputes & Investigations Group, with over 20 years’ experience of advising domestic and international corporate and regulated clients on a broad range of commercial disputes and investigations.

Enda has a wealth of experience representing clients in M&A and finance related litigation, real estate and insurance coverage disputes, tax controversies and contentious capital restructurings.

Enda is accredited by the International Mediation Institute as a qualified mediator and also regularly advises clients in mediation, arbitration and commercial negotiations.

Enda is a member of the Irish Commercial Litigation Association and the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association.
