Lawyer Jiang Mingze is currently the senior partner of Shanghai Gongcheng Yingtai Law Firm. His main practice areas are finance, real estate legal services and foreign-related commercial arbitration. His represented clients include JD.com, Minmetals Group, a number of authoritative private equity funds and mainstream banking and financial institutions.

Mr. Jiang has fifteen years of experience in dispute resolution. He has handled numerous complex litigation cases on behalf of large state-owned groups and multinational enterprises in courts at all levels including the Supreme People's Court, Shanghai Higher People's Court, Shanghai Financial Court, etc. He has also handled many difficult arbitration cases before the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, the Beijing Arbitration Commission, the Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, the Shanghai Arbitration Commission, and the Hong Kong International Arbitration Center. The Suning factoring case handled by it was selected as the 2022 Outstanding Cases of the National Court System announced by the Supreme People's Court, and the JD Finance case was selected as the Top 10 Dispute Resolution Cases of Shanghai Lawyers in 2024.

Lawyer Jiang Mingze is currently the representative of the Swiss Arbitration Association ASA in China. He also serves as an arbitrator of the Shanghai Arbitration Commission, an expert mediator of the Singapore International Mediation Center, a mediator of the Mediation Center of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, a member of the Arbitration Committee of the Shanghai Lawyers Association, a legislative expert of the Pudong Judicial Bureau, and a tutor of the Fudan University-HKIAC International Arbitration Open Course. As the chief editor, Mr. Jiang edited the book "International Investment Arbitration and National Courts" and participated in the compilation of training materials for commercial mediators of the Council for the Promotion of International Trade.
