Recent Amendments To The Tax Code

Individuals with assets in Poland of over 500,000 PLN (approx. 144,200 USD) will no longer be required to submit a property declaration.

The Senate has voted to increase taxpayers' rights to privacy within the Tax Code. Henceforth, tax authorities must file charges against a taxpayer before demanding that details of the taxpayer's bank account are released to them.
