The consultation report on the draft bill amending the Electricity Act and Gas Act (STROOM) was recently published. The revised draft bill (with explanatory memorandum) was also made public. The next step will be to submit the bill to the Council of State for its advice. After that, the bill is expected to go to the Second Chamber of the Dutch parliament in March 2015.
