November 9, 2016- After much fanfare (and delay), the Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) will be mandatory tomorrow! The individuals most affected will be non-Americans, from visa-exempt countries, who are Permanent Residents of Canada and who are not in possession of a valid Permanent Resident Card.
